Perhaps my greatest online coaching success story to date! ​

I had the privilege of coaching the Southampton University golf team to their first-ever Conference Cup win. Through personalised online coaching, I helped each player refine their swing mechanics, improve their mental approach, and fine-tune course management.

 

We focused on polishing natural swing movements, making necessary 'tweaks' to increase repeatability of good golf shots and reducing costly errors. Furthermore, as a group we talked golfs challenges of adversity, by training different shot shapes under pressure, so they could handle adversity with confidence with a scorecard in hand. With each match and each session completed, the team grew in belief, resilience, and consistency.

 

With many handicaps lowered over the course of the year, lifting the trophy was the result of months of commitment, learning, and trust in the process.
